1. Who we are

Lekcio (lekcio.com) is run by Andrii Salionov, a sole proprietor (FOP) registered in Ukraine. Contact: support@lekcio.com.

2. The service

Lekcio is an online platform for teachers: lessons for the classroom board, simulators, games, courses for students and a teacher dashboard with classes and results. Part of the service is free. Lekcio Pro gives the teacher access to all paid materials for the paid period; the teacher’s students who join a class with the class code use it at no extra cost. What Pro includes is listed on lekcio.com/en/pro.

3. Account

You need a teacher account (email or Google sign-in) to buy Pro. You must be an adult to buy. Keep your sign-in secure; you are responsible for what happens in your account.

4. Prices and payment

Pro costs $6 per month or $48 per year, unless a different price is shown at checkout. Prices exclude taxes: Paddle, as the Merchant of Record, charges you, adds VAT or sales tax where your country requires it (you see the total before paying), and issues your receipt. We never see your card details.

5. Renewal and cancellation

Pro is a subscription that renews automatically at the end of each period until you cancel. You can cancel at any time using the link in your Paddle receipt email or by writing to us; Pro then stays active until the end of the period you have paid for. Your dashboard, classes and student results are kept after Pro ends, and the free plan applies again.

6. Refunds

You can ask for a full refund within 14 days of your first payment or of a renewal — see our Refund Policy. Refunds are processed by Paddle. This does not limit any rights you have under the consumer law of your country.

7. Acceptable use

Use the materials for teaching and learning with your own classes. Do not resell, republish or share paid materials outside your classes, and do not try to get around the access protection.

8. Intellectual property

The lessons, simulators, games, courses, illustrations and code belong to Lekcio or are used under license. Your subscription gives you a right to use them, not ownership.

9. Availability and liability

We work to keep Lekcio available and accurate, but the service is provided “as is”. We may update content and briefly limit access for maintenance. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses or for interruptions caused by third parties (internet, hosting, payment providers).

How we handle personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

11. Changes and law

We may change these terms; the new version applies to payments made after it is published on this page. These terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine, without depriving you of the protection of the mandatory consumer law of your country.
