Refund Policy

14 days, no questions asked

If Lekcio Pro isn’t right for you, ask within 14 days of your first payment or of a renewal and you get a full refund.

How to ask

• Reply to your Paddle receipt email or use the Paddle link in it, or write to support@lekcio.com from the email you used to buy.
• Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record, returns the money to your original payment method — usually within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
• After a refund Pro ends; your dashboard, classes and student results are kept.

Cancelling

You can cancel the subscription at any time; Pro stays active until the end of the period you have paid for, and you won’t be charged again.
